It's true. I spied today, on the 15th of March, catkins on both alders and birch. Also, there are leaf buds on the rose bushes and probably everything else.
Sometimes it seems that winter will go on forever, and just when you least expect it- spring is upon you. Today the temps are above freezing. Snow melt is dripping off the roof and the tread is slick.
I've even seen weather forecasted to hit the 40's over the next few days. So methinks it's time to heat the greenhouse overnight. Yippee! And it's time to seed tomatoes too.
Gosh, it's going to be an exciting year... we're in for quite a ride, I'm sure of it!
